Officials Nix Charity Poker Tournament May 2005. The police shut down a charity
poker tournament to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation at the
Astrodome costing the charity an estimated $500,000.00. I know they gotta
fund those on-duty visits to the titty bars somehow, but couldn't they just set
up more obnoxious speed traps like other city police do?
